Complaints procedure

I have just completed implant restoration at the Church Stretton Dental and Implant Centre. I feel so lucky that we have such an expert service here. It is a daunting process upon which to embark but Dr Khanna and his colleague, who came down from Scotland for the procedure, were so skilled that I really was not aware of the time passing. Remarkably, I don’t recall much pain at all. The dental surgery was prepared according to operating theatre procedures regarding sterility, which is very reassuring as you enter the room. It does take some months for the implant fully to integrate with the bone but with the temporary prosthesis, there was nothing to worry about cosmetically at all. I preferred a more natural look, rather than a gleaming, even-toothed style that many seek and I am very pleased indeed with the result. Not to mention the fact that I am now able to eat anything I like.I wholeheartedly recommend this practice.

I am so scared of the dentist yesterday I got an emergency appointment for a tooth to be removed the team are all so lovely and reassuring I can’t fault Ella I think her name was who helped me and a gentleman she was working with so professional and caring towards there clients and of course the reception staff lovely lady’s thankyou so much best dentist by far I didn’t feel a thing at all ! The best dental surgery in and around Church Stretton - I drive 30 minutes from Shrewsbury where there is no end of private dental surgeries. Big thanks to Dr Khanna and Rich who stayed an hour late after slotting me in with the last appointment of the day to make sure my composite bonding was perfect - and it is! A inexpensive treatment that has made a world of difference to my smile. They made me feel at ease and listened to from start to finish. The surgery also has a very personable and welcoming reception team. I did a lot of research before choosing Church Stretton as my dental surgery and have absolutely no regrets. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I have always been wary of any medical intervention but, for the first time, in Dr Khanna, I have a dentist I can completely trust. And, the staff are friendly and efficient, adding to the feeling being in a well-run practice. My first extraction in the chair (a wisdom tooth) was remarkably pain free after the anaesthetic wore off and my first crown has returned my Hollywood smile.

An excellent service provided, Mr Khanna and the lovely dental nurse Deni could not have been nicer.I was happy to travel 40 minutes to receive the best treatment.The Clinic is kept very clean and full of the most up to date equipment.
